Acquisition, sale, rental and management of properties and real estate, planning and project development of buildings as well as general services, is authorized to acquire, permanently manage and sell participations in domestic and foreign companies and to manage its own assets; may establish branches and found subsidiaries, participate in other companies, provide financing for its own or third-party account, enter into guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties, grant loans or advances to third parties, in particular to direct or indirect shareholders as well as to affiliated companies, and guarantee the obligations of these third parties, in particular through pledges, transfer of ownership or assignment of security or in another way.
