The company may develop, market and promote art projects and/or entertainment exhibitions. The company may also act as the organizer of paid or free exhibitions or entertainment projects in various countries and continents. The company may acquire, manage, exploit and sell corporate participations in Switzerland and abroad, and provide financing for direct and indirect participations, in particular in the form of securities and similar financial instruments, including private equity financing and financing through the provision of mezzanine capital or debt capital. The company may acquire, hold, manage, administer, encumber, realize, rent, lease, develop and sell foreign real estate. The company may carry out all activities related to the provision of these services and which are connected therewith and beneficial. It may establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all commercial, financial and other legal transactions which are related to the purpose of the company or are useful thereto. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these shareholders, in particular within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security for the obligations of these parties, also by pledging or transferring assets of the company in trust, or by guarantees of any kind, regardless of whether these are remunerated or not.
