The company's purpose is the international trade of cosmetic, veterinary, pharmaceutical and food products as well as perfumes and fragrances. As a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: establish branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
