The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is the acquisition, sale, holding, trading, management, administration, rental and promotion of all kinds of real estate, as well as the acquisition, holding and management of participations in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its main purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; participate in all companies or activities in Switzerland and abroad, or acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests; conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
