The association's purpose is, in the general interest, in Switzerland and abroad: a) any activity aimed at promoting the development and adoption of digital and technological solutions, in particular in the field of distributed ledger technology and blockchain, for the management, storage and hosting of data and applications; b) the development and promotion of the Neova infrastructure, a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) for the management, storage and hosting of decentralized data and applications (the "Infrastructure"); c) bringing together and federating individuals involved in the development and proper functioning of the Infrastructure; d) deploying the technical framework for the issuance of the $NEOV token, usable within the Infrastructure; e) implementing the technical solutions necessary for the establishment of a distributed governance within the community of $NEOV token holders; f) acquiring, holding and/or managing intellectual property rights protecting the Infrastructure and/or other rights (the "Rights"); g) organizing events, participating in research or collaborative projects, setting up programs, and any initiative aimed at promoting the development and encouraging the adoption of the Infrastructure, distributed ledger technology and blockchain for the management, storage and hosting of data and applications, as well as any other activity related to this purpose; and h) gathering and collecting the necessary financial resources, by any appropriate means, for the realization of this purpose. The association is non-profit, but may engage in commercial activities.
