The company's purpose is the operation of various springs and properties, the sale of mineral water and refreshing beverages, food products, as well as participation in companies with a similar purpose and all related industrial, real estate, commercial and financial transactions. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, pledge, develop and dispose of properties and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may grant loans, secured or unsecured, or provide guarantees or collateral to shareholders, direct or indirect subsidiaries, parent or sister companies, or third parties. Furthermore, it may operate or participate in cash pooling/centralized cash management, including periodic balance adjustments, with companies of the group to which it belongs. The Company may also do all of this without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest or other remuneration, excluding the Company's profit motive and incurring a concentration of risks. The Company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities suitable to promote its purpose or related to it, taking into account, to the extent permitted by law, the interests and general orientation of the group to which it belongs.
