In Switzerland and abroad, the management, direction and operation of public places and establishments such as restaurants, bars, dance halls, clubs, cafes, and refreshment stands, as well as all activities related to catering, event organization, festivals and concerts. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted.
