Ltd, regardless of their global location, and the provision of all types of advice and services, including commercial, financial, technical, administrative, and legal services, financing, re-invoicing, and risk management, logistics services, development and marketing of centralized information and data networks, and the exercise of all types of industrial, financial, and commercial activities, and to do all other things necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose. The company may carry out all administrative, financial, accounting, or other operations useful for the accomplishment of this purpose. In all cases, the company will not acquire any real estate in Switzerland, except for properties used exclusively for commercial purposes.
