The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, construction, renovation and promotion of real estate, as well as all brokerage, appraisal and valuation operations for real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable and immovable transactions, provide guarantees, act as guarantor, grant loans to shareholders or third parties, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
