The company's purpose is to provide asset management services within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 LlsFi on behalf and for the account of its clients and relating to the clients' assets. The services consist of the purchase or sale of financial instruments, the acceptance and transmission of orders relating to financial instruments, the management of financial instruments (asset management in the strict sense) and the provision of personalized recommendations regarding transactions with financial instruments (investment advice). The company may open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are related to the company's purpose.
