all activities, in particular trade and consulting, in the field of events, the provision of technological services such as the development and operation of websites and software, as well as the trading of access and reservation tickets; the acquisition of interests in all companies, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all activities prohibited by the LFAIE, namely that the acquisition of interests in real estate companies in Switzerland will be limited to companies with the purpose of acquiring permanent establishments (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
