The company's purpose is to provide financial services of all kinds to the Nestlé group of companies, mainly in Europe. The Company may engage in any other activities that seem suitable to promote its purpose or are related to it, taking into account, to the extent permitted by law, the interests and general orientation of the Nestlé group of companies in its operations. The Company may also serve as a management company, act in its own name but on behalf of third parties, create branches, and directly or indirectly acquire, hold, manage, exploit and dispose of participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, except for any operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, and/or work with such companies. The company may acquire (in the case of real estate located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use), hold, manage, pledge, exploit and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as hold or finance other companies in Switzerland or abroad, in any type of activity, except for any operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners.
