O'pen Skiff Class Association

The objectives of the O'pen Skiff Class Association are: To manage the O'pen Skiff class in accordance with the requirements of World Sailing and to enforce the class rules. To promote and develop the OSCA worldwide and also to support the establishment of national Open Skiff Class Associations (NCA). To support and represent the interests of the OSCA worldwide. To establish guidelines for the World and Continental Championships of the O'pen Skiff class, to supervise these championships and to determine where they will take place. To cooperate with Tahe Outdoors France as boat builder and to maintain the O'pen Skiff as a One-Design dinghy. To promote a high level of sailing and racing while maintaining fair and sporting behavior on and off the water. To preserve the fun of sailing and the unique philosophy of the OSCA.
