The company's purpose is to organize, provide and support all kinds of travel, in particular air, sea, rail, bus and car travel, as well as tourist arrangements in connection with such travel; and to act as an intermediary in the conclusion of passenger transport agreements, and all transactions related thereto; all of the aforementioned in the broadest sense; may establish branches, subsidiaries, agencies and travel agencies in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies with a similar purpose in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties; may also undertake solidary and other obligations in favor of group companies and provide all kinds of securities for these purposes.
