The purpose of the company is to develop, acquire or license educational wine content through digital platforms, seminars and events focused on wine education and knowledge; the company's purpose is also to buy, sell, distribute, represent, market as well as import and export wines and spirits not limited to Switzerland and the United States, but particularly from these countries; the company may also create, market and sell its own Swiss wine brands (for full purpose see articles of association).
