The foundation aims to provide financial support to Swiss expatriates in Argentina. Support can be granted in the following cases: When Swiss expatriates in Argentina, through no fault of their own, fall into economic distress and would lose their livelihood without support. The support services are intended to be used in addition to existing aid sources. Therefore, only those who have exhausted all other support services to which they are entitled and still suffer hardship are eligible. When children of Swiss expatriates in Argentina can be enabled to receive an education/training thanks to financial support, which would be denied to them without this financial support. When Swiss communities are unable to realize projects that serve the development and promotion of the respective community without additional financial support. In all recognized cases of support, the support services should be provided as quickly and unbureaucratically as possible. Details regarding the respective eligibility (personal and material) for support services are regulated by the Foundation Board in the regulations on eligibility. Insofar as it concerns support for natural persons, the gender, age, and personal lifestyle of the applicants must not be taken into account. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
