The core activity of OilExpress is the provision of services to the oil and petrochemical industry, particularly in the monitoring and control of oil and petrochemical transportation, storage and transshipment processes. This includes, among other things: monitoring of tanker loading and unloading operations, conducting bunker surveys and inspections, monitoring of ship-to-ship cargo transfers, evaluation of terminals and vessels, control of oil losses and damages, provision of additives for oil products, and inspections of tanks and storage facilities. The services are provided in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as EI, IFIA, ASTM, IP and ISGOTT.
