The purpose of the foundation is to provide financial assistance and training contributions for meaningful projects. The foundation aims to provide financial assistance in the form of interest-bearing and repayable loans to private individuals using the foundation's capital, thereby enabling the purchase of self-occupied first homes, meaningful and necessary construction projects on properties already owned by the borrowers, or takeovers that would not be possible without the financial assistance. The individual loans are granted at the interest rate negotiated by the borrower with the financing bank for their first mortgage for residential buildings, for a fixed period of five years, and can be extended if necessary. They are to be secured with mortgages registered in favor of the foundation. The foundation's assets, including the properties, are to be preserved. The income generated by the foundation's assets, minus the foundation's administrative costs, will be allocated in the form of financial contributions à fonds perdu of up to CHF 100.00 per beneficiary and year to support the education, sports, etc. of children and young people whose parents are unable or have difficulty financing these activities. In particular, contributions will be granted for: music lessons, instrument rentals; sports training and the purchase of specific sports equipment; swimming lessons; meaningful leisure activities (holiday passes, scouting, etc.); and school-organized camps and project weeks (outdoor education weeks, ski camps, etc.).
