The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions and activities in the field of real estate to the extent permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, to the extent permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as subscribe to any other financial commitment.
