The company's purpose is the management, holding, exploitation, purchase, sale, and construction of real estate, as well as real estate transactions and promotions, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, it may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders and to all other companies in the group, and may provide guarantees of any kind for the obligations of these companies and shareholders, including by way of mortgages, assignments or transfers of assets for security or other guarantees of any kind, for consideration or not. The company may carry out any financial or commercial operation related to its purpose or likely to promote it. It may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose.
