The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, brokerage, and real estate promotion. However, it may buy, sell, rent, renovate, administer, and manage all real estate properties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all other activities of any nature, notably financial, commercial, industrial, and convergent activities related to movable property, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
