The purpose of the company is the direct or indirect acquisition, management and disposal of participations in domestic and foreign companies, as well as the worldwide distribution and trade of high-performance silicon solutions for energy-efficient electronic devices and other products. Furthermore, the company aims to research, develop, manufacture, distribute, sell, purchase and rent electronic components and components, in particular semiconductors and all machines and objects that can be considered related to their application or construction, for its own account and for the account of third parties in Switzerland and abroad. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take over representations and engage in any business activity and conclude contracts of any kind that may be beneficial to the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company can acquire, hold, manage, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Excluded are transactions that are prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company is part of a group and can take into account the interests of the group in pursuing its corporate purpose.
