The association identifies, promotes and connects young leaders in Switzerland to create a better world with more responsible and effective leadership. It develops, promotes and protects the One Young World movement in Switzerland and strives to ensure that all economic sectors in Switzerland work together and in accordance with the OYW Charter to identify, network and promote the best young leaders in Switzerland. The association organizes an annual conference where the best young talents from Switzerland gather to jointly accelerate social change. The association aims to support the goals of OYW by: inspiring talented young people to use their education and skills to drive social change; bringing together talented young people from Switzerland's dual education system; motivating entrepreneurs and companies to pay more attention to sustainable development and the social impact of their business/NGO; entering into close partnerships with globally operating companies based in Switzerland and becoming a networking platform for young people for its partners; encouraging companies in Switzerland to improve their social and ecological standards in their business activities; motivating talents from Swiss universities to participate in the association's activities and understand the association's goals; supporting young people in accessing the global OYW event, e.g. through scholarships.
