To provide a concept, a true tool for raising awareness, motivation and action, capable of bringing together all the sons and daughters of DUEKOUE living in Côte d'Ivoire and those in the diaspora; to create a framework for pluralistic reflection and expression, for the construction of peace and social cohesion, by promoting intercommunal dialogue, guaranteeing a peaceful social climate, for sustainable human development that will impact and improve the living conditions of DUEKOUE nationals; to facilitate the implementation of an economic development plan, by creating a network of lobbying and investment, to promote and diversify income-generating activities for the benefit of rural populations (women, youth, children), in order to enable them to live decently with dignity and pride; to contribute to the valorization of the rich WÊ culture, by promoting the WÊ language, art and civilization (dances, customs and traditions).
