The company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, the operation of one or more dental clinics, including - without limitation - the provision of services in the field of dental surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, implant placement, dental hygiene and dental prophylaxis; the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of shares in any companies active in the healthcare sector, with the exception of companies (with headquarters in Switzerland) whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate within the meaning of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); filing, acquiring, holding and selling all intellectual property rights and acquiring, holding and granting licenses; granting loans and/or other direct or indirect financing (including, but not limited to, cash pooling agreements) to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and/or to third parties, including its direct and/or indirect partners as well as the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these partners; providing guarantees of any kind, whether paid or unpaid, and/or any other form of security, whether paid or unpaid, to one or more partners, to one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or to one or more third parties in order to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more partners, of one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or of one or more third parties, provided that this is in the interest of the Company.
