The association aims to train, promote and professionally integrate young adults with neurodivergent profiles, particularly on the autism spectrum and/or with ADHD, in the field of information and communication technology. It provides services in the areas of software development, hardware and IT support, as well as educational, coaching and mentoring services. The association can collaborate with schools, specialist agencies, the disability insurance (IV) and companies, and carry out all transactions that are directly or indirectly beneficial to the association's purpose. The association can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association can acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It can also arrange financing for its own or third-party account, as well as provide security for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
