The company's purpose is to operate an osteopathy practice. It may participate in all movable, immovable, financial or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as its direct or indirect subsidiaries, against payment or not, loans or other financing and provide, to cover the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfers of ownership of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of all kinds.
