The company's purposes are to acquire, manage, and dispose of shareholdings in industrial, commercial, or real estate companies, both in Switzerland and abroad (in Switzerland, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE); to exercise all management and administrative mandates related to the shareholdings and to provide all services related thereto, including administrative, logistical, commercial, and financial assistance; to finance, establish, and organize companies; and to coordinate the finances of affiliated companies. The company may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire shareholdings in any companies in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all operations (in Switzerland, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire (in Switzerland, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), dispose of, encumber, and manage real estate. It may provide financing, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as grant loans or guarantees to group companies or to third parties.
