The purpose of the company, in addition to e-commerce, is to provide corporate consulting and financial advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as to internationally active companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, encumber and sell intellectual property rights and real estate. Excluded are transactions that are prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may also engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, whether through loans and/or other financing. The company may provide security of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned persons, including by way of pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers, guarantees of any kind or by way of offset obligations, whether for consideration or not, even if such financing, security or guarantees are in the exclusive interest of third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved.
