The company's purpose is: a) the purchase, sale, import, export, development, distribution and marketing, in general, of all computer products; b) the development, installation, commissioning, marketing and distribution of all computer programs; c) the training, teaching and dissemination of all computer products; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its members or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by members or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
