The company's purpose includes all activities in the real estate sector, namely the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, leasing, administration, and management of real estate properties, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983, on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that promote the company's purpose and interests. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to companies in the same group, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it.
