The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and manage participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, except for any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
