The company's purposes are: the purchase and participation in the capital of companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); the purchase, sale, and leasing of construction equipment and machinery; the management and supervision of construction sites; the execution of all types of work in the field of civil engineering and construction; the purchase, sale, negotiation, import, and export of construction materials. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may take participations in any companies, exercise any activities, and perform any functions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of any real estate acquisition in Switzerland subject to authorization under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
