To hold, on behalf of its shareholders, a part of the co-ownership rights of the distinct and permanent superficies right registered as a property in the Land Register on August 19, 1954 for a period of 90 years, in Sheet 2856 of the city of Geneva, Plainpalais section, located at 2-4 rue des Rois; to grant to its shareholders, on the 11 parking spaces corresponding to the said co-ownership rights, an exclusive right of use, subject to the obligations of a rental agreement; the company does not pursue any economic purpose.
