The company's purpose is the design, construction, manufacture, production and renovation of houses; delivery to the construction site, assembly and installation; in general, all activities in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale, construction, rental and management as well as real estate promotion, with the exception of any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable or immovable transactions in compliance with the LFAIE, provide guarantees, act as guarantor, conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
