The foundation's purpose is to provide care for the current and former employees of Spross-Holding AG, Zurich, and its majority-controlled and managed companies, as well as their surviving dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability, and death. This purpose can be fulfilled, in particular, by providing voluntary additional benefits to the regulatory pension benefits for old age, disability, and death, voluntary purchase benefits for the regulatory pension of employees, and benefits to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt employee pension institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability, unemployment, and early retirement.
