Restoration and support of the restoration of the following Solothurn monuments: Inner Berntor, St. Stephen's Chapel (for art and ecumenism), Amthausplatz (redevelopment), Hürlig-Turm in the Vorstadt with battlements, Spitzhelm of the middle town hall tower, portal entrance to the Ambassadorenhof, Historic Schützen-Zunfthaus (first town hall), Bastion zum Ritter, Kosciuszko-Haus (ground floor), Zeitglockenturm (dial), Trinkhalle Weissenstein, Haus Hans Berger (earthquake pillar), former Gasthof zum Bären, Dreibeinskreuzkapelle, Dachreiter Jesuiten-Kollegium (city theater), Häusergruppe Hermesbühlstrasse 45, 47, 49 and 51 (so-called Giessirain), Gasthof zum Löwen, Löwengasse 15 (corner Schaalgasse). The foundation shall also use its resources for other, worthy objects in the city and canton of Solothurn, as determined by the foundation board, to the extent that its financial resources permit, primarily, however, the aforementioned objects are to be supported and promoted, with particular emphasis on the reconstruction of the Inner Berntor. The foundation shall contribute to the characteristic beautification of Solothurn through its activities and enhance its cultural and art-historical reputation and can acquire, manage and sell properties.
