The company aims to establish, acquire, hold, manage, administer and sell domestic and foreign participations and companies of any kind. The company may carry out all financial transactions related to this purpose, as well as conduct all business and activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or its affiliated companies, or that are otherwise related to such purposes. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties. The company may acquire, encumber, hold and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad that corresponds to Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners.
