The purpose of the foundation is to provide voluntary benefits to the employees and their dependents of BIBUS AG and BIBUS HYDRAULIK AG against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by providing voluntary supplementary benefits to the statutory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability and death, providing voluntary purchase benefits for the statutory pension scheme of employees, and providing benefits to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. The employer may also be included in the statutory pension scheme for the cases of old age, death and disability, provided that he is not treated more favorably than the employees. By decision of the foundation board, in agreement with the founding company, the personnel of companies economically closely related to the company may also be affiliated, provided that these companies make the necessary funds available to the foundation. The affiliation is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority.
