Provision for the employees of the founding company and companies economically or financially closely related to it (hereinafter referred to as related companies) as well as for their dependents and beneficiaries against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death; provision of support services to eliminate, prevent or alleviate hardship, in particular due to old age, death, disability, illness, accident or unemployment; provision for senior employees of the founding company or related companies within the framework of the foundation's purpose; contributions to other tax-exempt pension institutions serving the foundation's purpose, to which the founding company or related companies are affiliated or which were established by them; financing of employer contributions by the founding company or related companies within the framework of Article 331, paragraph 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
