Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of CSS and companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability; operation of a pension scheme that goes beyond the minimum benefits of the BVG, including support services in cases of need such as illness, accident, old age, death, disability or unemployment; provision of employer contributions from the foundation's funds, provided that the employers have previously built up contribution reserves and these have been separately disclosed.
