The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits to the male and female employees of the employer company by granting support or benefits: to the employee in the event of old age, disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they are responsible; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were responsible for maintenance at the time of their death; and, in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs. The employer's contributions may also be made from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves, in accordance with Art. 331 para. 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The foundation may pay such contributions to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the company has joined or which it has established itself. The foundation may also finance benefit increases and purchase amounts for the company's employees from its own free foundation assets, within the framework of equal treatment of employees, for itself or for other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the company is affiliated. Furthermore, contributions for special measures may be made to the security fund and premium payments (including employee contributions) to other tax-exempt pension institutions. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is the policyholder and beneficiary.
