Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company and the companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the founder company, by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment of the employee themselves; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were responsible for maintenance at the time of their death or to their legal heirs. The employer's contributions can also be made in accordance with Article 331, paragraph 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves. The foundation can pay such contributions to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the founder company has joined or established itself.
