The foundation aims to provide care for the employees of the Klinik Zugersee and their dependents and survivors by granting support in cases of old age, death, and disability, as well as in cases of special need due to illness, accident, or military service. Even after the integration of the Klinik Zugersee into the operating company Triaplus AG, the scope of application remains valid only for the Klinik Zugersee. Bonuses, other payments with a character similar to wages, and benefits to which the founder is obligated by law, apart from occupational pension provision, may not be paid out from the foundation's assets. To achieve the foundation's purpose, the foundation may, as the policyholder and beneficiary, conclude insurance contracts in favor of the beneficiaries or a part thereof, or enter into existing insurance contracts.
