Provision for the employees of DKSH Holding AG, Zurich, and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as support for employees and their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. The foundation may also be joined by employees of companies economically or financially closely related to the company, by decision of the foundation board, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The accession is made on the basis of a written accession agreement governing the conditions of accession. The purpose can be fulfilled in particular by the provision of voluntary additional benefits, the provision of voluntary purchasing benefits and the provision of benefits for the financing of contributions and insurance premiums, as well as benefits to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
