1. The foundation's purpose is to finance and provide contributions from the founding company (as well as companies economically or financially closely related to it) to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that it has joined or established itself; 2. The affiliation of a related company is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The rights of the existing beneficiaries must be preserved; 3. From the foundation's assets, no benefits may be paid out, except for retirement purposes as defined in paragraph 1, for which the founding company is legally obligated or which it usually pays as compensation for services rendered (e.g. cost-of-living, family and child allowances, bonuses, etc.).
