Occupational pension provision for the employees of Lüscher Elektro Bern AG and for employees of companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the founder company, by providing support and benefits: to employees in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment; to employees in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly responsible for maintenance at the time of their death, and in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs. The foundation may also make contributions, in accordance with Art. 331 para. 3 OR, from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the founder company has joined or established itself.
