It can provide additional benefits beyond the minimum BVG benefits, including support in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. No benefits may be paid out of the foundation assets for purposes other than pension provision, to which the company is legally obligated, or which it customarily pays as compensation for services rendered.
