Provision for the benefit of the employees of the founding company and their dependents and survivors against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as support for the pensioner or their survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums. No benefits may be paid out of the foundation's assets for purposes other than provision, to which the company is legally obligated or which it customarily pays as compensation for services rendered.
