Personalvorsorgestiftung der PB & AM FvL-Unternehmen (Schweiz)

The purpose of the foundation is to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for employees of PB & AM FvL companies based in Switzerland or abroad, for the latter to the extent that the provisions of the AHV and other Swiss social insurance regulations apply to their employees, external members according to the regulations and their relatives and survivors by providing support and contributions in cases of old age, disability and death. The foundation may provide additional pension benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits. The affiliation of a company requires a decision by the foundation board and is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. Only PB & AM FvL companies are eligible for affiliation, i.e. companies in which one of the FvL foundations holds a direct or indirect majority stake or is otherwise majority-benefited and which belong to either the PB or AM business units.
